During this stage, we gather information about your lifestyle, tastes, requirements, and budget. This is also the time to discuss project goals, timelines, and any specific inspirations or ideas. 2. Site Analysis and Measurement The designer visits the space to take detailed measurements and photographs. We assess the existing conditions, architectural features, lighting, and any challenges or opportunities the space presents. 3. Concept Development Based on the information collected, we create a concept or mood board. This includes color schemes, material samples, furniture styles, and inspiration images. The concept is presented to the client for feedback and approval. 4. Space Planning and Design Development The designer develops detailed floor plans and layouts, considering traffic flow, furniture placement, and functionality. They refine the design, select specific materials, finishes, and furnishings, and may create 3D renderings or sketches to help visualize the final look. 5. Design Presentation and Approval We present the comprehensive design proposal, including drawings, samples, and cost estimates. The client reviews the proposal and provides feedback. Adjustments are made as needed until the client is satisfied.
